The credentials of the login page will be sent by our team once the device you have in under the maintenance contract.
In the supply order tab you will be able to search for your device in the "Model" section. You will have to provide us your "Serial Number" for us to locate your device and complete the supply order.
In the service call tab you will have to provide us the "Model and Serial Number" and most importantly the problem that you're having with your device, that way our technician can visit you with all the necessary parts to fix your device.

You can order every supply that is included in your maintenance contract.
Are they going to bill me for a service call?
No, if your device is under the maintenance contract then all the service calls are free of charge.
